In Galati and Galati county, the delivery time is between 12 and 24 hours, with the express confirmation by a www.cramabratu.ro operator of the delivery interval.
Outside Galati and Galati county, the delivery time is 24 – 72 hours, from the moment of order confirmation and payment. For deliveries outside Galati and Galati County, the delivery time is calculated from the moment of payment confirmation.
The delivery of the products can be made by our own couriers or by specialized courier companies or they can be picked up from the following locations:
- Odaia Manolache Warehouse: Str. Fermelor, Odaia Manolache, Odaia Manolache county. Galati
- Galati Warehouse: Str. Portului, nr. 47
Shipping is free for orders over 250 lei. For orders less than 250 lei, a fee of 20 lei is charged for the shipping fee.
All costs will appear in the proforma invoice, separately from the cost of the products purchased.
The value of the transport will be borne in part by the buyer, based on the tariffs, and part of the transport cost is borne by us, BRATU WINERY. Thus, for parcels with a value over 250 RON, the customer will not pay anything for transport.
The ordered products are delivered throughout the country, using the delivery method and term chosen by you when placing the order. The products are in special packaging and are insured throughout the transport until delivery.
If you cannot be found on the date and time set for delivery, you will be called at the declared telephone number, otherwise, www.cramabratu.ro will keep the ordered goods for 3 working days, during which time we will contact you again to complete the delivery. If you are not found this time either, the order will be canceled.
In special cases (the ordered products are not in our stock, transport difficulties) we reserve the right to increase the delivery period accordingly.
BRATU WINERY reserves the right not to accept orders and/or deliveries from certain customers and/or to certain addresses.
Return Policy
The products that are sold through this site each have the validity period and the warranty offered by the manufacturer. The warranty cannot be invoked in the conditions of improper or incorrect storage of the product. Within 48 hours from the delivery of the product, in case of detecting any problems, the customer can request our company to return the product/products, only in the original packaging and together with the originals of the documents of the respective transaction. In this case, the product can be replaced with an identical one or – if this is not possible – he can receive back the amount paid for that product.
The products received will be checked in the presence of the carrier’s representative, and if, unfortunately, the products turn out to have damage due to transport, the customer has the right to refuse the order and is asked to claim these damages to the cosmina@cramabratu.ro. CRAMA BRATU will refund the value (if the payment was made in advance) or resend the package at the customer’s request.
