Ordering and delivery of products
In Galati and Galati County the delivery time is between 12 and 24 hours, with express confirmation by an operator www.cramabratu.ro of the delivery time.
Outside Galati and Galati County the delivery time is 24 – 72 hours from the moment of order confirmation and payment. For deliveries outside Galați and Galați County, the delivery time is calculated from the moment of payment confirmation.
Products can be delivered by our own couriers or by specialised courier companies or can be picked up from the following locations:
Manolache Warehouse: Str. Farms, Odaia Manolache, jud. Galati
Warehouse Galati: Str. Portului, nr. 47
Shipping is free for orders over 200 lei. For orders of less than 200 lei, a 20 lei fee will be charged for the transport.
All costs will appear on the pro forma invoice, separately from the cost of the products purchased.
Part of the transport cost will be borne by the buyer, based on tariffs, and part of the transport cost is borne by us, CRAMA BRATU . Thus, for parcels over RON 200, the customer will not pay anything for transport.
The products you order are delivered throughout the country, using the delivery method and delivery time you choose when placing your order. The products are in special packaging and are insured throughout the transport until delivery.
If you cannot be reached on the date and time set for delivery, you will be called on the telephone number stated, otherwise www.cramabratu.ro will hold the goods ordered for 3 working days, during which time we will contact you again to finalise delivery. If you are not found this time either, your order will be cancelled.
In special cases (products ordered are not in stock, transport difficulties) we reserve the right to increase the delivery period accordingly.
CRAMA BRATU reserves the right not to accept orders and/or deliveries from certain customers and/or to certain addresses.
Return policy
The products that are marketed through this site each have a shelf life, warranty and/or service provided by the manufacturer. The warranty cannot be invoked in the event of improper or incorrect use of the product. Within 48 hours after delivery of the product, in case of any malfunction, the customer may request our company to return the product(s), only in the original packaging and together with the original documents of the respective transaction. In this case, the customer can have the item replaced by an identical item or – if this is not possible – receive back the amount paid for the item.
The products received will be checked in the presence of the carrier’s representative, and if, unfortunately, the products are found to be damaged due to transport, the customer has the right to refuse the order and is requested to claim these damages at cosmina@cramabratu.ro. CRAMA BRATU will return the value (if payment has been made in advance) or return the parcel at the customer’s request.
